Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening.

This 9.5 KM hike will start at Yorkdale Station and end at Dupont Station.
However, if you don't want to complete the entire hike, we'll pass:
Lawrence West Station @ 2 KM
Glencaren Station @ 3.5
Eglinton West Station @ 4.5 KM
St Clair West Station @ 7.5 KM

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, single track dirt trails and gravel trails.

In terms of hills, there are none over 25 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at Phil White Arena, located about 5.5 KM into the hike.

    Event Directions:

    Yorkdale Subway Station is located on Line 1 of the Yonge/University subway line (University side).

    To find the exit from the subway
    (Go out of the North exit of the station in the direction of Yorkdale Mall).
    If you do not know where the north exit is, then follow the direction of the northbound train)
    After passing through the presto gates, follow the signs to the passenger pickup exit.

    We'll meet just outside the station and down the stairs of the passenger pickup.
    NOTE: Please don't take the bridge over into the Yorkdale Mall.

    For those driving, the subway entrance is located on the road that goes to the 401 under the subway tracks.

    In terms of parking, you should be able to park at Yorkdale mall (if you dare).
    Another option is to park on Alcester Court, with is about a 5 minute walk from the station and has free parking on weekends.
