Itinerary:

So, its boxing day and I don't really want to do any shopping, so let's do a relatively challenging urban hike instead.

We will be traveling between Lawrence Subway Station and Broadview Subway Station for approx. 16.5 km hiking along the single-track don valley mountain biking trails. Expect the trails or be muddy or icy and definitely slippery.

This is one of the most difficult urban hikes in the city in terms of terrain and the only urban hike I lead as a D4

NOTE: Expect to be traveling between 4.0-10.0 km/h, as the trails can often feel like riding a roller coaster on portions of this hike. On the flats, I'll probably walking at least 5.5 km/h.

NOTE: If you do not bring hiking boot/hiking shoes, you may be turned away.
