Itinerary:

NOTE: THE CARPOOL LEAVES SHEPPARD WEST @ 10:00 AM

This hike to Belfountain Conversvation Area via the Devil's Pulpit is a decently difficult hike with rolling terrain and a few steep ascents. Greatest climb will be 100 meters up the McLaren Road Side Trail.

Most exciting features of this hike, will include a reservoir in Belfountain and the lookout at the top of the Devil's Pulpit.

Please bring a lunch and at least 1-2 Litres of water. We will stop for breaks to enjoy the countryside, but there will not be any drop offs.

Evil plan is to stop about 11 km into the hike at Belfountain Conservation Area for lunch, especially because there's an ice cream spot.

Total Distance is approx. 18 km

If you cannot walk the entire distance, please do not sign up for this hike.

Note: There are no washroom facilities at the start of the hike, but there are ones at the halfway point.

DRIVERS, WHEN YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE ANSWER THE CARPOOL QUESTION REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS YOU CAN TAKE IN YOUR CAR!!! If this is not completed, you will be moved to the wait list, until I get an answer.
