THERE IS NO ORGANIZED CARPOOL FOR THIS EVENT


DISTANCE: ~25 km

PACE: ~5.5 km/h

DIFFICULTY: D4 (because of distance, pace, hills and terrain!!)


Let's have a quick paced hike through various parts of Glen Major Forest + Walker Woods covering about 25 km, more or less.

We'll find a nice spot for a 25 minute lunch break.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS!!

There will be no dropouts during the hike. If you can not hike the distance at the speed, please do not sign up for this hike.
This hike is for strong hikers who have hiked at least 20 km at a quick pace.
Expect to be challenged!
If you have not hiked with me or with the TOC please include a description of your recent hiking experience in the notes section when you sign up.
If the above sentence applies to you and you neglect to put your experience in the notes section, I will have to remove you from the event and put you on the waiting list.

  • Water 3 - 4 L (as much as you need)
  • Weather appropriate clothing

This hike will go forth snow, rain or shine (sun or moon)

(although kerfuffles, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, general discombobulation and consternation, or hurricanes may cause cancellation)
