Itinerary:

NOTE: THE CARPOOL LEAVES KIPLING STATION @ 8:00AM

One of the best for fall colours! Great views along the escarpment and a variety of terrain along the trails. The hike will be a mix of main Bruce trail and side trails, with lunch somewhere along the way.

Distance: Approx. 14 KM
This is an intermediate hike with very hilly and picturesque rolling sections.

If you are willing to be a car pool driver, please indicate number of passengers in your car when sign up.

Required Items to Bring:

- water (2L+)

- lunch/snacks

- good hiking shoes/boots

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $36.64 (calculated at total Km * $0.258, effective Thursday, April 25, 2024). This is based on $0.08/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Your event coordinator will confirm exactly how much money is required from each person.

Notes:
  • Carpool leaves Kipling Station @ 8:00AM. Please arrive on time. If you are late, you may miss the carpool.
  • If we are short of drivers, they will get priority on the waiting list. Priority will also go to those with good attendance records.
  • The hike will go ahead rain or shine.
