Victoria Day: Hike for a Beer and $3 Wings (5/19/2014)

Itinerary:

This is Francois' first event as volunteer coordinator. Please forward all questions to him

If you're coming on this event it is expected that stay to socialize.

  • Meet at Rosedale subway station exit, 4:00 pm sharp.
  • Head towards Rosedale valley road past the monumental "fix me" monument.
  • Follow the Rosedale valley road to Bayview then "up" a little flight of stairs to Wellesley Park and the ever enchanting Riverdale farm.
  • Down the hill to the baseball diamonds of Don West park.
  • Follow the trail south along the scenic Don river to Cherry street and west along the "waterfront" until heading north to our final destination, which will have cheap wing and beer.


Required Items to Bring:
  • good footwear.
  • water.
  • money for beer and wings.

    Rosedale Subway Station is 1 stop north of Yonge- Bloor.
