Night Hike: Central Ravines and Belt Line (11 KM) (4/16/2014)

Itinerary:

So, this is one of my favorite hikes in the city, nice and flat and easy to walk on.

We will be following the old Belt Line going from Eglinton West Station to St. Clair Station, via the central Ravines for a total of about 11 KM.

There is no major difficulty in the terrain, just one hill at the very end.

The trails are primarily dirt or gravel, so hiking shoes or boots are recommended.

  • Good footwear - Hiking boots or Shoes recommended
  • Flashlight/headlight
  • Weather appropriate clothing

    Eglinton West Subway Station is on the Yonge- University & Spadina subway line, 4 stops north of St. George & 5 stops south of Downsview and is located at Eglinton West and Allan Road. Look for me at the entrance of the station.

    Look for the guy with the highlighter marking attendance, possibly drinking a coffee
