Hockley Valley Loops Hike (4/29/2007)

Itinerary:

We will leave Toronto and head towards Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve. We will be doing a 28-30 KM loop on the main Bruce Trail incorporating the Peter Beecham Side Trail, Glen Cross Side Trail and Hockley Heights Side Trail. Along the way we will pass a few ponds, a pine plantation, Nottawasaga River and travel through mature hardwood bush.

Note that this section of the Bruce Trail is very hilly.

This hike will be at a minimum pace of 4k/hr and there will be no drop-outs. All participants must be able to hike continuously at this pace to come on this event.
