Casa Loma Stair Climb + Loops (11/25/2013)

LEARN TO LOVE HILLS!

WEATHER: HEAVY RAIN / ICY WEATHER - ALTERNATE LOCATION.
If the weather forecast looks bad at 4 PM, I will send out an email and we will meet at the
Union Via Rail main floor, by the ticket purchase wickets. There's also a large clock near by.

This training is beginner friendly. You choose the intensity, D2 or D3.

Meet at the bottom of the stairs at 6:30 PM. If you're late, you will find us doing the stairs for ten minutes, or about 4 "up-downs", before starting loops.

Go at your own pace.

After "up-downs", we'll loop around. If facing the bottom of the stairs, go west (left) on Davenport, north (right) on Walmer, east (right) on Austin Terrace past Casa Loma, and then south (right) to the Baldwin Stair for a couple more "up-downs". Repeat, or mix it up as you feel comfortable.

This will be a one hour workout with everyone going at their own pace.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take TTC to Dupont Station. When you exit the station go north on Spadina two blocks to Davenport and the stairs are right there.
