Itinerary:
Enjoy the Sunday Sun. Sign up for a cycle or also get your bike blessed and inspected.

I'd like to bike along the water front on Sunday afternoon. As part of the Earth Day celebrations, The Bike Pirates are doing bike inspections from 12 -1:30 on the sidewalk at 427 Bloor West in front of Trinity St. Paul's church. Inside the church, you can get your bike and/or its ride blessed. Kind of hokey but cute. Anybody that wants to do those things should show up closer to 1:00.

We will meet on Bloor, west of Spadina in front of Trinity St. Paul's church at 1:30 and then cycle down to the waterfront and head toward the beaches. At 3:00, I will have to head back to Union station, though you are free to continue cycling.

We will be riding on paved surfaces, mostly on bike paths, but on some roadways as well.

To go on this ride, you MUST answer in the affirmative the following questions in the notes sections of the sign up page:
1. Do you agree to wear a bicycle helmet?
2. Are you experienced, comfortable, and safe riding in traffic i.e. with automobiles?
3. Are you able to bring a spare tube for your bicycle?
4. Does your bicycle fit you properly?
5. Is your bicycle in decent shape ie no rusty chain etc, working brakes?
