--

Meet at Noon at Warden Station (by the ticket collector booth). We'll be leaving within 10-15 minutes, so please don't be late!

We will be trekking from Warden Station, and then along at the bottom of the Scarborough Bluffs and along the Beaches Boardwalk. We'll be entering the trail off the Rosetta McClain Gardens and continuing until we reach the beach until we reach Woodbine Park.

The hike is about 12km and is expected to take about 3 hours. We will be hiking at a medium pace.

The terrain on this hike includes: (1) A steep paved road off Glen Everest Road that leads up/down to the beach. (2) At the bottom of the Scarborough Bluffs, our journey will lead us through a mixture of dirt trails, walking in the sand (which requires endurance), and walking along large barrier rocks (which requires balance). (3) The exit at the R.C. Harris Filtration Plant will require bending down to go through a hole-in-the-fence and going up a steep hill.

We'll end the hike at Queen St. E and Coxwell Av.
