Humber Valley Heritage Trail - End to End (6/3/2007)

Itinerary:
Hike the Humber Valley Heritage Trail, from Palgrave and the Caledon Rail Trail to New Glasgow in the town of Bolton.

All the variety of the Oak Ridges moraine in foothills to the escarpment. Deep forest, crop fields, river valley, swamplands, single track, dirt road, and Albion Hills. This hike is approximately 20km of low hills. It is long but not very difficult.

We will consolidate cars in Bolton then start from the Palgrave Public School parking lot, behind the post office. The hike will end back at the cars, where we may recuperate in the Black Bull for dinner.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:#427 N to the end, turn left at #7, right at #50 to Bolton. Go down 'the hill.' Don't worry, you will know. After the Tim Hortons, turn left and park in the green P lot at Sterne & Ann.
