Itinerary:

Rescheduled as a result of the Wilderness Canoe Assocation's Symposium on the original date.

We will travel to Awenda Provincial Park, near Penetanguishene, to run the 13k Bluff Trail.

The trail will go up the Nipissing Bluff and overlook Georgian Bay in sections. Be aware that due to the time of year the trail may be snowy/icy, making the trail more difficult. We will be using running snowshoes for this event.

Only TOC members who are running this distance regularly will be permitted on this event. We will be running the trail, not hiking it. For safety reasons, the event coordinator will remove any individuals who cannot demonstrate they are capable of completing the event.

When the run is finished the group has the option of exploring the park some more or going for lunch in a nearby town.
