Itinerary:

So last year, Gary Ataman won the Toronto Outdoor Club's 'Golden Boot Award.' That award goes to the TOC member that best examplfies the TOC values.

He ran a social to commemorate that award.

This year, I won the Golden Boot, so to continue the tradition that Gary started last year, I'll also be running a social.

This year's social will take place at Grace O'Malley's Pub, located in the downtown core. Also, this event is on a Monday night, so Grace O'Malley's will have its $2 wings/pound wings special on.

The point of the night is to:

  • Enjoy mingling with other members
  • Stop by and have a pint and share your stories from the previous year
  • ALSO: Bring your ideas of what kind of outdoor events you want to see in the TOC in 2012, I'll bring my laptop and take down requests

    OTHERWISE, JUST COME OUT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME

    We will be situated at the back of the pub, please check in with me upon your arrival. LOOK FOR ME IN THE BLUE TORONTO OUTDOOR CLUB SHIRT.

    NOTE: Please don't crash this event, or bring unregistered guests, if you do, you may be removed from future events.

    Grace O'Malley's Restaurant is located on the North-West corner of Duncan St. and Pearl St.

    It's about a 5 minute walk from St. Andrew's Subway station. The pub itself is located two streets west of University, and 1 block north of King St.

    NOTE: Between Pearl St and King St, DUNCAN ST is actually called Ed Mirvish Way.

    I have the back of the pub reserved. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt to get checked in.
