This Discovery Walk leads on a loop through the west Humber River valley, on a mixture of paved, hard-pack and grass trails. We will start at the Humberwood Community Centre. This delightful walk takes us through ornamental gardens, to an environmentally significant woodland, and along the West Humber River.

This will be a gentle walk for a Saturday afternoon - we will walk at a comfortable speed of about 3km/hr. The trail is 10km long, and will take us approximately 3 hours.

By Car:
1. From Hwy 401, take Hwy 427 N.
2. Come off at Finch Ave W, and turn right
3. Turn right onto Humberwood Boulevard
4. Follow Humberwood around to the Humberwood Community Centre, and park in the public parking lot.

1. Catch the 36B Bus at Finch Subway Station
2. Get off at the Humberwood Community Centre (check with the driver), just before the end of the run
