Itinerary:

As the evenings are getting cooler, darker and Winter approaches - we wind down our hill climb challenge 2011 with the last event!

Please note - this event commences at 6:30pm(not 7:00pm)

Take the TOC/Fletcher and Ghanesh Hill Training Challenge - The top five individuals who complete the most laps by the end of the summer will win a prize.

Amount of laps completed in a 1 hour period will be noted after every event.

This is a good practice exercise for hiking, backpacking, cardio fitness and general outdoor adventure. Start at the level and pace you are comfortable with and push yourself for 1 straight hour. Simply put - it's a short, simple and effective way to get fit and improve your cardiovascular strength through speed walking and hill climbing.

It is not a race, some people will be able to do this circuit more than others, but come on out and test yourself and take pride in your efforts whilst seeing your fitness and hiking abilities improve.

- Lots of water and hydration! - think of it as part of your training!

- Rain gear, light jacket - it's much cooler in the evenings!

- Headlight and/or Flashlight - this is a MUST HAVE ITEM!!!

We'll have a coffee social after the event!
