Note that this event has been rescheduled from Sun 9:40AM to Sat 8:00AM

The terrain is variable with hilly sections. Length of hike is 27 km, pace 6+ km/h.

This is a challenging "in and out" hike intended to give advanced hikers a good workout. Hikers coming on this event are expected to have D5 level experience and be able to hike 6+ km/h continuously over variable terrain.. There will be no dropouts. Only those who meet the criteria will be allowed on the event.

The Humber Heritage Valley Trail is an interesting little trail that runs through part of the Humber Valley. We will be going through forests, fields and wetlands.

Note that a whistle is mandatory


Required Items to Bring:
  • At least two litres of water
  • Snacks, energy bars
  • Change of footware
  • Whistle
