Itinerary:
Withholding frustrations with the world? with work? with a TOC member? One of the Volunteers give you a hard time? Have a problem with our policies?
Here's the solution - come and fire a few rounds at each other!
We'll meet at Vaughan Extreme Paintball at 1:30pm. This will give us time to get everyone together, take care of the equipment and get our safety talk from the officials at the arena.
We'll have the field for 4 hours beginning at 2pm.
After the event, we'll head over to our sponsor at the Firkin for a meal.
Once I get a better idea of numbers, it may be easier for us to purchase a couple of cases of paintballs ($80 for 2000 balls), rather than each of us paying $5 for 100.
NOTE: I've changed this event to a pre-paid event. The manager has asked that we give him a 25% deposit so that he can move us as a private party and have everything ready for us before we get there so as not to waste time. If desired, you can have Pizza delivered to the location. There are also several fast food chains nearby. You are welcome to eat in the facility. The manager will have a tent ready for us where we can eat and drink between games.

Layers.. every once in a while the paint pellets can hurt. An extra sweater, sweatpants or overalls that you don't mind getting dirty.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $7.74 (calculated at total Km * $0.258, effective Saturday, May 11, 2024). This is based on $0.08/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Your event coordinator will confirm exactly how much money is required from each person.

Notes:

- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the TOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with full refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where TOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refund of money if you cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in TOC events.
