Itinerary:

We will do a night hike on the Humber Heritage Valley Trail, 9 km out and back, for a total of 18 km. It's a good hike for night time, a lot of the blazes also have a reflector. Pace will be 4 - 4.5 km/h.

The 15th is a full moon, perfect for a night hike, not too dark, but very dark in the forests! SPOOKY.

This hike is suitable for experienced intermediate or advanced hikers. It is not suitable for beginners. If you don't have a history with the TOC, please include some comments in the notes about your hiking background.

Note that a light is mandatory, headlight preferred. A whistle is also mandatory.

For passengers, note that when we return, the subway will be closed. Once we know who is coming, we'll work on a way of getting everybody home, either by returning participants to a station with suitable bus connections, sharing a cab, or other means.

Members willing to drive will get first priority on the wait list.
