Itinerary:

Today we will walk the second of the three sections of the Etobicoke Creek Trail in Brampton. We'll meet outside Loafer's Lake Rec Centre. We will do the loop around Loafer's Lake and then head SOUTH on Etobicoke Creek Trail toward Vodden Street. We will walk on paved, fairly flat, multipurpose pathway. We'll spend about 1 hour walking and see how far we get and then double back. We'll walk about 8 -10 km in total, at a pace of about 5km/hr. Note that much of this section of the trail is fairly open (not many wooded areas) and thus, wearing some sun protection could be warranted. The plan is to return to the starting point by 8:30 PM.

Afterwards, if enough people want to, we can find somewhere nearby for a cold drink.

Non-Bramptonions note: you're welcome to join us but there won't be a carpool - you'll have to get out to Brampton under your own steam...
