Itinerary:

On this hike we will make a large curve around the Dundas Valley, visiting Sherman, Canterbury, Webster’s, Tew’s and Borer’s Falls, and finish up on the Ray Lowes Side Trail.

The terrain is variable, rocky with hilly sections.

We will try to keep a brisk pace of 4.5 km per hour.

This hike is suitable for hikers who are confident in their ability to hike 21K at 4.5 km per hour.

When we arrive at the meeting location, we will arrange a car shuttle to the parking area on Lions Club Rd at Old Dundas Rd (at the Sherman Falls Access Trail), and start the hike from there.

It's a spring hike, so trail conditions may be muddy in places. Please bring a change of footware as a courtesy to your driver.

Required Items to Bring:
  • Lunch/snacks
  • At least 2 litres of water
  • hiking footware
  • Change of footware for after the hike
