Intense walk in the woods (9/16/2006)

Itinerary:
Intense walk in the woods This time, we will start at Lawrence and Avenue Rd. we will go through woods, Alexander Muir Parks and woods and Finish at Bayview and Blythwood. (Alexander is the author of "Maple Leaf for ever" see here for detailed information.) It's about 1.5 hour walk depending how fast we are. If we have time we can take some adventure.

How to Get There:
Event Directions: New Document Want to get away from the concrete; Want to work out; Want to fresh your lung, but too busy to spend too many hours? - I have a solution for you. Our weekly walk in the wood will be an intense walk, and it's about 1.5 or 2 hours. The time will be on Saturday or Sunday around 10:30 to 11:00am.
