Itinerary:

Bored of running indoors? Bored of running in pancake flat downtown? Go West (tm) and run real hills!

We will run from High Park to Old Mill on a specially crafted hilly route. Steady jogging pace (8 km/h or 7.5 min/km), mostly paved surface.

  • Good running shoes
  • Layered clothing
  • Water bottle
  • Snacks

  • TTC token/pass to return back to High Park Station.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Traveling by subway you get off at the High Park Subway station on the Bloor line. Go to High park avenue and turn right (southbound). Cross Bloor and enter the park, wait at the Map sign.

Parking is free at High Park.


Notes:
Dog participation policy:
  • Information about your dog must be included in your registration.
  • Your dog is familiar with running on hard surfaces.
  • You are responsible for your dog and should be ready to leave the group if your dog needs a break or any other kind of attention.
  • Your dog will be on a short leash at all times.
