Want to sample explosive flavours of northern Chinese cooking? Then join me for lunch at my favourite Chinese restaurant: Asian Legend.

Each region in China has its own specialities according to its geographic location. Beijing borders on the Mongolian desert and the climate is cold and dry so the ingredients are limited, but much of the cuisine that was developed during the time of Imperial Court remains as tradition. While the emperors dined at banquets on the rarest ingredients, the peasants lived on rice, millet, local vegetables and pork. Today`s northern China cuisine is an amalgam of both.

We will share an assortment of menu items and split the bill equally among the group (excl beverages).
Please note: this event is best suited for FOODIES with NO special dietary restrictions.
