Itinerary:
Summer's here and the time is right for eating ice cream! Join us as we make our way through the core of the city, partaking as we go in the delectable goodness that is ice cream--and not just any ice cream but the made-on-the-premises in handmade waffle cones kind.

The plan is to hit one shop per hour while walking at a moderate pace, which should take us about three hours (though this may get extended somewhat depending on how long we spend at each stop). Although I can't personally vouch for the superdeliciousness of all the purveyors, I can say that they have been recommended to me by people whose taste in ice cream I do trust.

Required Items to Bring:
  • Cash (a single scoop is about $4)
  • Baggy, stretchy clothing (you'll appreciate their expanding qualities after your fourth ice cream)
  • Comfortable walking shoes (this is a hike after all)
  • Sunscreen
  • Water
  • Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
