It’s a new year so what better way to start than by visiting Toronto’s newest park Canoe Landing and submitting your waiver for 2010.

Along the way we’ll also be saying goodbye to an old friend as we visit Captain John’s seafood restaurant which is now up for sale . You’ll learn all about animal heroics at the Pawsway so bring a furry canine friend if you got one.

With spring not too far away we will also see some of the city’s newest bike lanes. Other highlights along the way include the HTO Park, the Hockey Hall of Fame , and the Spadina Music Gardens.

Meet at Union Station Subway near the collector booths. This will be a circular route that also ends at Union Station. Total walk distance +/- 6KM.
