Cultures all over the world (well, the northern hemisphere anyway) choose December, the darkest time of the year, to celebrate the triumph of light and life over dark and death, and these celebrations invariably involve community and good food!
So join us for a pot-luck TOC dinner on Christmas day. It'll be a time of good cheer and good conversation! Each person is responsible for bringing an item to share with the other participants. The meal likely won't be traditional (no ham or turkey, but I think I'll be making a yummy chana masala!), but I'm sure our combined creativity will generate a delicious meal we can all enjoy! In the notes, please specify what dish you intend to bring, or if you are open to suggestion (e.g., perhaps buying something that could be used).
