Itinerary:
Come and develop your cardio / stamina in this conditioning / punishment session. This will NOT be a slow walk. We will be faster than 5km per hour.

Our slogan: "Fire comes out of our shoes!!!". The current record is 6.24K and we will try to break it!!!

There is no major difficulty in the terrain, just a couple of hills, but we will be hiking in a fast pace. Please notice that the trail conditions on this event are really less rough than any trail in the Wilderness. Do not assume that you are ready for the wilderness, especially my D4 events in the Bruce Trail that for sure will be more demanding.

The Pace will be set by the fastest person hiking in the group, the others (including me) will try to catch him/her. You are allowed to light jogging / running only to catch-up with the faster hiker.

You are by your own, if you get separated from the rest of the group. Do not panic you still will be in the city: take the TTC,a cabs or call a friend. No search rescue team will be looking for you, no 911 call will be made and no helicopter will be looking for us. The faster hikers will not wait for anyone in intersections.

If you are really tired, feel free to drop-off at any point of the trail, just tell me, or if you do not see me, just leave a message in my voice mail.

Breaks: You can take as many as you want, but no one will stop for you; you need to catch-up with the rest of the group.

We will follow this path:

  1. Depart from Eglinton West Station
  2. Follow the Belt Line
  3. Pass beside the Mount Pleasant Cementery
  4. Follow the Moore Ravine south
  5. Follow the Vale of Avoca ravine north
  6. Arrive to St. Clair
This hike will be 10.2km, We will follow the Belt Line and Central Ravines Discovery Walk

Some parts of the trail could be muddy.

Days are shorts now, most of the trail will be on the darkness: bring your flash-light
