Itinerary:

We will leave Toronto and head towards Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve. We will be doing a 24 KM in and out fasthike on the main Bruce Trail incorporating the Tom East Side Trail, Glen Cross Side Trail and Snell Loop Trail. Along the way we will pass a few ponds, a pine plantation, and travel through mature hardwood bush.

This group is targeted for experience hikers only. This is an intense hike that will challenge you and try and break you.As a group we provide support to push on and achieve. There is an expectation that you will not need instruction and you should be able to hike non-stop for at least 60 minutes regardless of terrain. We will be doing one return trip 24KM on the trail with a few bonus hills that will push you to your limits. Our intent is to complete the hike in just over 4 hours.

Note that this section of the Bruce Trail is very hilly.

This hike will be at a minimum pace of 5.5k/hr and there will be no drop-outs. All participants must be able to hike continuously at this pace to come on this event. Also, it is required that you have completed at least 2 difficult hikes with the organizer.
