Are you ready for an Adventure?

Do you know what "Hike", "Whoa", "Gee" and "Haw" mean?

Join me to learn the answer on a half day dogsledding tour in Haliburton. The areas spectacular winter wilderness, offers a glimpse into a time gone by, when life was slower and people were as one with the natural world around them. We will be driving purebred Siberian Huskies.

Children age 8 and up are welcome on the event but must be accompanied by an adult. Let me know in a note if you are planning to bring your children.

The Plan. Our day starts with a 3 hour drive to north of Haliburton and a quick lunch at a local greasy spoon "That Place in Carnarvon". Back in the vehicles to the dogsleding outfitter, arriving around 1 pm ish. All afternoon on our tour. Then drive back to Carnarvon area for supper. Then our drive back to Toronto dreaming about our adventure. Except the drivers must stay awake please!
