East End Waterfront Urban Hike (6/6/2009)

Itinerary:

A beautiful waterfront hike in the early summer breeze.  Along the 8K hike (there and back), we will take an unobstructed view of Late Ontario and the mouth of the Rouge River, and appreciate a variety of wetland, shoreline plants and animals.

This will be a relatively easy hike with mostly paved surfaces. We will be walking at approximately 3km per hour and will be stopping for a lunch break half way.
