Trail Run + Hike (6/6/2009)

Itinerary:

We are going to run ~10km non-technical trails located to the north of Hilton Falls Conservation area. Pace about 8 km/hr.

We will then return to the parking lot for lunch and water bottles refill.

After lunch we will head south for a cool down hike, also about 10km.


Required Items to Bring:

  • Layered clothing
  • (Trail) running shoes
  • 1.5L of water
  • Lunch & Snacks

  • Plastic poncho if there is a chance of rain.
