There will be a pre-meeting in late August (date TBD) to determine tent sharing, carpool arrangements, food, etc.

Notes:
- If we are short of carpool drivers, a driver may replace a non-driver on the list using the last-in/first-out model.
- Priority on the waiting list will be as follows: 1. carpool drivers (if needed) 2. those who have pre-paid, in order of sign-up (payment will be refunded if you don't get on the trip after all)
- Carpool drivers will determine the place and time of departure on Friday; if you are a passenger, you may need to be available to leave on Friday during the day - please be sure that you can do this if necessary (i.e., be able to take the day off or leave work early).
