Itinerary:
Some spring training for those that are interested in getting back in shape for the outdoor ultimate season.
We will warm up with a few goofy games to learn names, then play some catch. After our warm-up we will move on to drills and then a small game.
A keen interest in running hard to get the disk is essential! Early in the season, the cold air and running will really get your heart pumping! Beginners will be challenged, veterans will get a leg up on the season.
Co-ordinator is not an expert but will provide enthusiastic coaching.

Required Items to Bring:
Water
Snack
Running shoes that can get muddy
dark and light T-shirt
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
pylons
cleats
regulation disk
gloves - the disk gets hard when it is cold
layered clothing

How to Get There:
Event Directions:If you are taking TTC, kindly exit at Dufferin station on the bloor line. Walk south on the East side of Dufferin for about one block. Look for us behind the skating rink in the North end of the park. I will be wearing a bright orange rain jacket.
When we run out of daylight, those that are interested can join co-ordinator in walking to nearby Brass Tapps for food or drink. For those driving, you can park at the Dufferin Mall and walk across the street to the North end of the park.

Notes:
PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL NOT BE JUST TOSSING A DISK. YOU WILL WANT TO BE ABLE TO SPRINT IN SPURTS AND YOU MIGHT GET DIRTY!
