Itinerary:
Start the New Year by learning how to feed your body right with this free seminar. Feeling bloated? Have headaches? Food Intolerances can manifest as a variety of different symptoms. Find out what causes these intolerances and how to determine what foods your body is fighting.

Dr. Mubina Jiwa, ND is the director of Essence of Health. She is an associate professor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and has a private practice at 2 clinics in the GTA.

Look for me there holding a TOC sign. Lecture starts at 7PM.
