Itinerary:
Picture it, late September in the Beach neighbourhood. The weather is cooler and the paths are less crowded. Perfect conditions for a stroll and a flick.

We'll enjoy an invigorating hike exploring the ravines and trails as we gradually amble over to Kew Gardens. There we'll be treated to a free outdoor screening of the classic 80s movie 'The Goonies'@8PM. Think of a drive-in theatre sans the polluting cars.

The Goonies is fondly remembered for its colorful characters and situations. I know it made me want to become a treasure hunter with a funny gadget-laden sidekick.

Start point is intersection of Kingston Road & Southwood Drive (aka Main Street). S/E corner.

NOTE - event proceeds rain or shine. Plan accordingly. Also, you can do just the walk and not stay for the movie if you like.
