Thursday morning we will head out to the La Cloche Silhouette trail, and backpack 12k to our first campsite on Proulx Lake. Along the way we will pass lakes, marsh, beaver dams and climb up into the La Cloche Mountains and up The Crack, a famous....you guessed it, crack.....filled with boulders that the trail climbs straight up. The view from the ridges on the top is amazing.

Next day we will backpack further up the La Cloche for Friday and Saturday. Sunday we will head back along the trail to the cars and to Toronto.
