Carpool leaves from Don Mills Station at 9:00 AM.

Glen Major is part of the EAST DUFFINS HEADWATERS in the Durham Region.
We will hike approx. 17 km of trails in Brock Tract and Glen Major.
We will be hiking at a pace of about 4.5 km/hr and hope to finish in about
4 hrs with a lunch break in between for a total of about 4.5 hrs.

Drivers, when you sign up for the hike, please mention the number of passengers you'll be able to take with you.

If you are meeting at the event, please arrive on time, as we will not be waiting past the hike start time.

    Approx. Address: 1417 Brock Rd, Uxbridge

    From Don Mills Station

    Exit Don Mills Station and turn left onto Sheppard Avenue.

    At the first light, turn left onto the Don Valley Parkway.

    In about 1 KM, follow the signs onto the 401 Eastbound and follow it for 24 KM.

    Exit the highway at Regional Road 1, Brock Road (EXIT 399) and travel NORTH for 19 km

    The trailhead parking is about 1 km after crossing the Uxbridge Pickering Townline.

    Trailhead is on a service road on the right.

    I'VE SET THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE AS 4, AS THAT IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE I CAN FIT IN MY CAR. IF MORE CARPOOL DRIVERS SIGN UP, I'LL BE ABLE TO TAKE MORE HIKERS. THE MAXIMUM HIKERS THAT I AM PLANNING TO TAKE IS 12.
