Itinerary:

Come join my last urban group hike before I head back to Colorado for the winter break!

Starting from Kennedy TTC, we'll hike a mix of paved multi-use trails, singletrack/MTB trails, and a little bit of neighborhood sidewalk in a big loop including trails above the Don Valley and along Taylor Creek. I've scouted out most of the loop but there may need to be a couple of minor adjustments along it.

Rated D4 butplease be prepared to hike this distance at a steady 4.5-5km/h. We should be back at Kennedy before 14:00.I will place folks without apparent experience on hikes over 16km/10mi on the waitlist until confirmation is given.

I do not take a long lunch break. Expect pausing about 3 hours in for around 10 minutes. Bio-breaks and other short pauses as needed.

You can find a map of the route (some possible small detours may have to be taken near Pharmacy ave) here.

Please bring icers in case of frozen or slippery areas.
