Itinerary:

PREVIOUSLY ON FIR VALLEY ADVENTURES.....
Our heroes attempted one of 4 new trails marked as Nature Trail going through the Fir Valley.
After the first trail was a failure, our heroes are back to give the second option another go.

This 7.5 KM hike will both start and finish at Warden Station.

The hike will be on a combination of grassy fields, single track dirt trails and paved park paths.
I will be trying out two trails that I haven't been on before on today's hike.
If they work, then great, if not, then I know not to use them in the future.

In terms of hills, there are none over 25 meters.

Sadly, there are no city of Toronto washrooms open along this route this time of the year, so there are no washrooms on this route.
There is a washroom located inside Warden Station.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A CLOSURE ON LINE 1 BETWEEN ST GEORGE AND ST ANDREW STATION THIS WEEKEND

  • How to Get There:
    Event Directions:

We'll meet outside the Warden Avenue exit at Warden Station. To get there, just exit where the collectors booth is and follow the signs for Warden Avenue.
However, if it is cold or wet, I'll just be inside the station and just up the stairs.

Warden Station is located on line 2 (Bloor- Danforth), one station west of Kennedy & 12 stations east of Yonge.

For those of you driving, Warden Station has a parking lot on the North-East & South-East corner of St. Clair & Warden and can be accessed from Warden Ave.
