Old Mill - Humber River Salmon Run 12 km (10/7/2023)

DISTANCE: about 12 km

PACE: about 4.5 km/h but with a few stops to watch the salmon (if they are jumping)

DIFFICULTY: D3

This is the time of year that the salmon head up the Humber River to spawn. We may see them jumping and swimming upstream.

This is not a photo hike, but if the salmon are jumping, we will be stopping a "few times" to watch for "a while".

We'll stop for a washroom and snack break at about 8 km
