EVENT DETAILS

So, I'm recovering from an ankle injury, so this is just a short hike for me to get out and get some exercise, without hurting myself too badly.

This 4.5 KM hike will start at Davisville Station and end at Glencairn Station.

This hike will primarily be on wide gravel trails, with a few paved multi use trails mixed in.

Due to my injury, my physio does not allow me to do any hills, so this hike will be super duper flat.

THere are a few places to stop for a washroom near the start point. I normally run into the Tim Hortons across the street.
However, there won't be any on the hike or near the end point of the hike.

We'll aim for a pace of 4-5 km/h.

Post hike, if anyone is interested I'm thinking about going to R Bakery Cafe for a coffee post hike and a bit to eat, if you'd like to join me.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
