PACE: 5 km/h or faster

This is a brisk walk, we will walk at about 5.5 km/hr. We will walk mostly in the shade of the canopy. It will get dark during the hike, remember to bring a flashlight.

This 12 KM hike will both start and finish at Lawrence Subway Station.

We will walk along the Blythwood Ravine Trail, the Sherwood Ravine trail to Bayview. We will follow the upper path eastbound, down to the “Secret Hidden Trail” mountain bike path on the south side of the West Don river, crossing the river to E.T. Seaton Park road, up the Wilket Creek trail and up the hill to the Sunnybrook Equestrian trail. We will return via the West Don Trail to Glendon Campus and then via city streets.

Part of the hike will be on mountain bike trails, the lower ones so not really scary.
