EVENT DETAILS

So, I've randomly selected this hike out of my personal hiking database for today.

This 10.5 KM hike will start at Glencairn Station and end at Castle Frank Subway Station.

This hike will be on a combination of neighbourhood sidewalks, gravel trails and cemetery roads.

In terms of hills, the most difficult climb will be the 50 meter climb up Milkman's Lane towards the end of the route.

We'll stop for a washroom break at the Brickworks, about 2 hours into the hike.

We'll aim for a pace of 4-5 km/h.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
