Though mostly grey and very windy, it was a fine day atop the escarpment. We trudged through slush and mud to ascend and then descend Hamilton's Mountain, crossing a small trail river and admiring several waterfalls along the way. Finished off the hike with a nice cold pint (or hot cup of coffee) and some hearty grub at the Cat 'N' Fiddle. All in all a good day with good company. Donations: $10.00.
