So, trying out another new hike at one of the new LRT stations on line 6.

This 9.5 KM hike will both start and finish at Milvan Rumike Station.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, paved park paths, single track dirt trails and grassy fields.

In terms of hills, there should be about 2 climbs of 25 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at the Thistletown Community Centre located about 4 KM into the hike.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'HERE ON AMAZON'.

We'll meet at the Milvan Rumike Station on line 6 (Finch West LRT).

We'll meet on the North West side, near the Tim Hortons.
If its cold or wet, then I might be inside the Tim Hortons.

For those of you driving, Milvan Rumike Station is located at the corner of Milvan Drive & Rumike Road and Finch Avenue.
Address is 2446 Finch Ave W.

In terms of parking, there some available on Lockington Court, which is one block south of Finch and Lindylou Road, which is 2 blocks south of Finch, west of Rumike.
