Sat, Jul 27 2019 - Bronte Creek Provincial Park (View Original Event Details)
|
The hike to Bronte Creek Provincial Park concluded successfully with 6 participants. The carpool started at Kipling on time with 3 of the participants while others joined at the event. The hike started from Orchard park in Burlington and we went southwards until the historic houses. The houses are worth a visit and host several farm animals. We also covered the half moon valley trail and several other side loops. Note: the half moon valley trail has a placard mentioning about the possibility of giant hogweed. Future groups may make a note of it. We ended the hike at the same place a little before time. Everyone fit and fine.
