There were four people for this evening's training. The weather cooperated, 18C and a mix of sun & cloud. There's supposed to be rain after midnight, so we lucked in again.
This week we did 4 to 5 "up-downs" plus 6 loops. Everyone is gaining in stamina.
I tried to find out about the one "white stone" in the stone wall surrounding Casa Loma but I was unsuccessful. I discovered a children's book that made up a story about it. I also saw other tales that people have made up over the years. But, so far, I have been unable to find the owner's reason for one white stone.
If you were wondering why you were tired, we averaged 6.2 to 6.9 kph...!!! Bravo...!!
