There were six people on tonight's hike. The weather was 19C and sunny, perfect for hiking. It cooled off to about 15C over the next two hours but still very comfortable. We maintained a 5.1 kph pace.

It's always nice to hike through High Park and to see the water fowl on Grenadier Pond. Walking along the waterfront trail was very quiet, a nice change. At Humber Bay Park there were Heron. They are becoming more common as the city creates more marshy areas.

Diane brought her very gentle dog, Rajah, and he entertained all of us.

$7.00 was collected in voluntary donations.
