Write Up:

There were only two people on today's hike to Brazil Day at Nathan Phillips Square. The weather forecast was for rain and thunderstorms and people cancelled yesterday. Rain at a festival isn't much fun. Well, it didn't rain and the weather was perfect.

The hike was short, only 6 k. As the day progressed, more and more people got up and danced. There was also a good view of the 1000 U of T Engineering Frosh parading by, south on Bay St, with beenies on their heads and their skin spray painted purple...

$1.00 was collected in Voluntary Donations.
